Shipping policy

 What locations do you ship to?

At this time we only ship to the continent United States. We plan to span our coverage to Canada and Europe early next year.

How long does it take to arrive once shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible.  We typically take 2-4 business days to handling and processing your order.  The average delivery time is 10-15 business days.  Depending on your location, you might receive items earlier.  Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control.  Tracking iinfomation, including the carriers, are provided with every order.  Every order is ensured, if your package does not arrive you are eligible for a replacement.  Please reach out to info@reggiesmithfineart.com for additional assistance in this matter. 

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order.  Sometimes addition delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal/carriers delays.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.

What if my order is lost in the mail?

If your order is lost in transit and you have not received your order within 29 days, please contact our at info@reggiesmithfineart.com.  Each order is sent with fully ensured handling and shipping to prevent lost packages.  We will work with the carriers and you to resolve any tracking issue.   If the art piece is lost after 60 days, a new piece will be sent to you as a replacement.   Questions and concerns should be sent to info@reggiesmithfineart.com

extended delays

extended delays may occur due to pandemic, war and/or natural disaster which is beyond our control
